I reckon four squads:

• Infantry
  
• Another infantry
  
• Support (Tanks, vehicles and support kit players)
  
• Artillery (One to two people)

Infantry goes for one flag, other infantry for the other. Support helps out where needed, and even splits into two squads. Artillery just fucks them up, and I'll be a sneaky sniper.
